The HomeOwners came together for the first ever KBL HOAssociation meeting held at the Landings on the Covered sun deck. Expect the minutes to be posted within the next few days.

In attendance left to right: Karen Stephenson, Regina Patrick, Bob Tarentino, Robert Hartley, Rhonda Kunes, Gerry Stephenson, Kerry Patrick and just barely showing above Kerry's head is Joe Kunes. (Glenn Senter was also a guest at the meeting)

Two of the elected officials are Rhonda Kunes (right) and Gerry Stephenson (left).

Gerry was voted as President by the group and Rhonda was voted Secretary.

In attendance was Mr. Hartley from unit 4 and Bob Tarentino from IDC was here to answer any questions about the transfer of the Association.

Bob was a great help and we all enjoyed having him attend.
